I left my vehicle to be repaired on a Friday morning, expecting to have the repairs completed by Monday. But by lunchtime they had replaced all of my parts and test drove my car to check the brakes. And a complete 180° turnaround from the squealing and grinding, mushy-pedalled brakes i had brought in in the morning. Today I had a gashed tire on a Yukon xl. I called and they sent Paul over 10 minutes later. He showed up and changed the tire - even had to run back to the shop for a bigger stronger jack when the one GMC provided wasn't doing the trick. He was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great attitude even when the job got frustrating. Highly recommend saving their number in your phone and giving them a call anytime you have car trouble in Westlake.”
